Mississippi Gulf Coast and Minister Arthur resides in the Fla./ Ga area. We were joined together by Divine
Intervention and have been led to form "Divine Intervention Ministries". We are the founders of HALOS711
Prayer Based Reiki and HALOS 711 Outreach Program. We have dedicated our lives, along with the gifts
we have been blessed with, to help mankind, working and living in Divine Truth. We are both Christians, and
have a Firm Belief that Families are in need of God The Father, Morals, Values, Goals and Purpose. We
have found that many are seeking in every aspect and complicating their lives more. The Plan is Simple..
