CARNELIAN – Carnelian defends quite effectively against negative energies and negative emotions. It wards off resentment, self-directed an love in ALL aspects: love of self, universal love, love in the romantic sense, love in the humane sense, platonic love, the love of Friendship, the love of Family, parental love, and so on. This Crystal opens the heart to peace, compassion, joy, tenderness, forgiveness, positivity, tolerance, and patience. It brings warmth even as it protects us from bitterness and resentment, and other negative energies.

COLORS: Usually brown or reddish-orange (or a combination of those colors and shades).

Today’s Blog is a mini-spotlight on the crystal, Carnelian. We wanted to share this with you as Sandye and I are separately using this particular gemstone today in our meditations and prayers and Reiki work. We highly recommend Carnelian to you. This Protective stone is very powerful and very positive – an awesome combination to be sure.
