I affirm to do my very best to be at my very best on this day – Wednesday, July 8, 2009. I intend to be very kind, productive, and patient in all of my thoughts and actions today. I fully intend to make HEAVENLY FATHER, my Guardian Angels, my Family, and my Higher Self proud as go through today.
I manifest this miracle. I will it so… so be it.

Good Monday afternoon, Brothers and Sisters In Light. I am very happy and healthy today; and I trust the very same can be said for you.
Today’s Blog is a continuation of the one I posted on yesterday.
Reiki helps to promote healing on multiple levels – mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually – all at once. Reiki benefits both the Practitioner/Giver and the Receiver simultaneously. It is a deeply soothing experience. Many People receiving Reiki will report pleasant sensations of coolness, warmth, tingling, or even a combination of these things. Reiki might make you fall asleep during the treatment/session. That is also normal.
The very first time someone receives a Reiki treatment, it is not at all uncommon for that person to either laugh or cry. Releasing your burdens (fears, pain, sadness, insecurities, etc.) is an emotional process. And shedding those heavy emotions can make you smile, laugh, or cry. Of all of the above.
Reiki is also a wonderful gateway to help you discover your own innate, GOD-given gifts. And with regular use of Reiki (as a Reiki Master or Teacher) or with frequent Reiki treatments (as a Client), your natural gifts/abilities can fully manifest themselves. For all to see.
