I do thank Sandye for reminding me of tonight’s event. Without that, I may very well have missed it.
Tonight’s Penumbral Eclipse is only of academic interest since the magnitude is just 0.156. Although the Moon will be above the horizon from most of Canada (Figure 4), the eclipse is so minor as to be completely invisible to the naked eye.
However, if you happen to be a Practitioner and/or Receiver of Crystal Therapy, Reiki, or Meditation, tonight is a rare opportunity for you which cannot be missed. If you have Crystals, place them either outside or inside where indirect Moonlight can shine upon them. Beams of Moonlight from a Full Moon are always excellent sources of positive energy. Beams of Moonlight from a Full Moon that happens to be eclipsing are THAT MUCH MORE special! Charge your crystals/gemstones tonight BEFORE the Eclipse if possible.
If you meditate, do so tonight.
If you give Reiki, do so tonight… for giving is receiving
