“VARISCITE”

NICKNAME: At one time, Variscite was actually called “Utahlite”. In instances in which samples found cannot be readily determined to be either Variscite or Turquoise, such samples are termed “Variquoise”.

COLOR(S): Variscite comes in a various shades of green (from light green to dark green). Due to its physical appearance, this crystal is sometimes mistakenly identified as either Turquoise or Chrysocolla.

METAPHYSICAL PROPERTIES: This mineral grants its User the stabilization of the Heart chakra. Variscite can effectively change our way of thinking to accept joy as a normal part of our daily lives. Variscite anchors One to the Earth harmoniously in a purely positive way. It encourages us to face the past with courage and clarity.
