FRIDAY AFTERNOON GREETINGS, EVERYONE!
I trust this missive of ours finds you well in ALL aspects. If you’ve tried before, you probably already know how well this works. if you haven’t, now is the perfect time to give it a shot. “Reiki Bubble Time” once more!
In order to successfully pull this off, Sandye and I will need your permission first. To receive YOUR OWN PERSONAL Reiki Bubble, just follow these simple instructions:
[1] Try to find a quiet place. Or as quiet as possible.
[2] Close your eyes.
[3] Take several deep, cleansing breaths.
[4] Visualize something positive. Think of being in THE PERFECT PLACE @ THE PERFECT TIME. Your “special” place.
[5] Say these words (aloud or silently): “I receive my Bubble of Warmth and White Light. I intend it to go where it is needed”.
[6] Sit back, relax, and feel the warm, healing energy flow into your Chakra Points and completely wash over your body.
[7] A few minutes later, return to work and/or school feeling FULLY ENERGIZED and RENEWED.
